Appointments can be booked by phone or online. Online booking is handled through the external WetTermin system and is transferred to the Clinic’s appointment schedule.
Clicking the “Book an appointment” button will take you outside the ZWIERZAK website to the external WetTermin/Klinika XP system. The ZWIERZAK website does not host the WetTermin booking form.
1. Booking and appointment confirmation
The appointment selected online is transferred to the Clinic’s schedule. Its status may require confirmation by the Clinic in accordance with the messages displayed in the WetTermin system. If you have any questions, please contact reception.
2. Changing or cancelling an appointment
If you are unable to attend your appointment, change or cancel it using the options available in the booking system or contact the Clinic. Please change or cancel your appointment as early as possible so the time slot can be offered to another patient.
3. Late arrival
Arriving late may shorten the consultation, affect whether planned tests can be performed, or require a new appointment. The staff will decide how to proceed, taking into account the situation at the Clinic and the patient’s condition.
4. Emergencies
Online booking is not intended for emergencies. If your pet’s condition suddenly worsens, please call the Clinic before arriving instead of waiting for an available online appointment.
5. Scope of the appointment and costs
Booking an appointment does not determine the final scope of diagnostics, treatment or the cost of the visit in advance. The course of care depends on the medical history, clinical examination, the patient’s condition and decisions agreed with the pet owner.
6. Information provided when booking
When booking an appointment, provide accurate information that allows us to contact you about the appointment. Data entered directly into WetTermin is processed in the external booking system in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the information provided by the system provider.

8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated if the booking process, the system used or the Clinic’s organisation changes. The current version date is shown at the beginning of the document.
